It’s just the solution the doctor ordered
When Dr. Richard Baxley wanted to make a significant contribution to the community, he knew what his mission should be. He eventually established a health care center for the homeless, and for his efforts, was named as a presidential “Point of Light” by President Clinton. Dr. Baxley’s work is important.
